AVENUE OF FLAGS
& VETERANS MEMORIALS
The Osceola Highway 81/92 Veterans Avenue of Flags, Osceola Cemetery Veterans Memorial Wall, and Osceola Legion Club Veteran/Military Ceiling Tiles are memorials to all men and women who are currently serving and who have served in the U. S. Armed Forces. Without the unselfish giving of time from their lives and other sacrifices, our great and free country would not be possible. The memorial wall and ceiling tiles are managed by the local American Legion Post 91. The Osceola Community Action Group manages the highway flags.
For information about sponsoring a highway flag, contact Jane Roberts of the Osceola Community Action Group at rc93900@winstream.net.
For information about honoring a veteran of your choice by purchasing a brick for the cemetery veterans wall or purchasing a Legion ceiling tile, contact Matt Gustafson at (402) 366-2564 or mattgustafson69@gmail.com. An engraved brick to be displayed at the cemetery wall is $50 and a Legion ceiling tile is $50.

Special thanks to goes out to the men and women who have served and are serving in our armed forces helping to keep this country free and to help bring freedom to others in the world; Polk County Rural Public Power District for installing and taking down the highway flags; and to all of the contributors who make these memorial projects possible.
